New release of Hybrid Karl Fischer Moisture Titrator – MKH-700

We are pleased to announce the release of our new Hybrid Karl Fischer Moisture Titrator – MKH-700. Following is the specification of MKH-700.

Hybrid Karl Fischer Moisture Titrator MKH-700 has the world’s first & convenient functions equipped such as high-speed & high-precision measurement by “Hybrid titration method” which uses both “Volumetric titration method” and “Coulometric titration method”, and “Electrolytic Factor Measurement System” which does not require pure water for factor determination.

Karl Fischer Moisture Titrator which is on the market is necessary to adjust the sample amount when carrying out the measurement.

“Hybrid titration method” automatically switches between the parallel measurement by “Volumetric titration method” and “Coulometric titration method” by monitoring moisture content in titration cell with high-speed & high-precision measurement, therefore can measure without adjusting the sample amount.

With just pressing one button, the “Electrolytic Factor Measurement System” automatically performs the factor determination of Karl Fischer reagent, and save the time & work without using pure water.

Features

1) “Hybrid titration method”
According to “Hybrid titration method”, even if the water content of the sample is high, it can be carried out with high-speed & high-precision measurement.

2) Easy factor determination by “Electrolytic Factor Measurement System”
Due to the Back Coulometric titration which the electrolysis generates iodine ion from iodine, it is easy to determine the factor of the Karl Fischer Reagent without using pure water.

3) Unique integrated “Hybrid titration cell” of both “Volumetric titration method” & “Coulometric titration method”
While ensuring the seal, making the titration cell and titration cell stopper separate, it improves the convenience for usage.

4) Unique replaceable diaphragm inner burette
To make the inner burette and diaphragm separate, although after measuring such as petroleum samples, it is easy to clean the diaphragm inner burette.

5) One unit with three Karl Fischer titration method
It is possible to select one method from “Volumetric titration method”, “Coulometric titration method”, and “Hybrid titration method”.

6) Equipped with USB flash port for data transfer
It is possible to store the measurement result, method and manage the data as an electronic record.
